SRQ Express Mobile Locksmith provides mobile locksmith services including but not limited to car lockouts, house lockouts, business lockouts, car key cutting and programming, lock rekey, ignition repair and related services. We serve Venice, Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties in Florida.

3. Service Calls & Pricing

  • A service call fee of $45 applies to all dispatched visits
  • A full price quote is provided over the phone before any technician is dispatched
  • The quoted price is the price you pay — no hidden fees or surprise charges
  • Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the job, vehicle make and model, or type of lock involved
  • All quotes are subject to on-site confirmation. In rare cases where the job differs from what was described, we will inform you before proceeding

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking
  • We do not store or process payment information through our website

5. Warranty

  • All work performed by SRQ Express Mobile Locksmith is covered by a 6-month warranty
  • The warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts installed by our technicians
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, accidents or normal wear and tear
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with your original service details

6. Cancellations & No Shows

  • You may cancel a scheduled service at any time before the technician is dispatched at no charge
  • If a technician has already been dispatched and you cancel or are not present at the location, the service call fee of $45 may still apply
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to circumstances outside our control

7. Limitation of Liability

SRQ Express Mobile Locksmith will take all reasonable care when performing services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, vehicles or property
  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services
  • Delays caused by circumstances outside our control such as traffic, weather or emergencies

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting our services, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner of the property or vehicle, or have authorization to request locksmith services on it
  • You have provided accurate information about your location and the service needed
  • You will be present or have an authorized representative present at the time of service

We reserve the right to refuse service if we have reason to believe a request is unauthorized or unlawful.

9. Discounts & Special Offers

  • Discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking to be applied
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers
  • We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility for any discount
  • Special offers are subject to change without notice

10. Website Use

  • The content on our website is for general information purposes only
  • We make no guarantees that the website will be available at all times
  • We are not responsible for any loss resulting from reliance on information found on our website
  • Unauthorized use of our website may give rise to a claim for damages
